Refund And Returns Policy

Return Eligibility and Timeframe: Our refund and returns policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase: To facilitate your return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt as it will be necessary for processing your return.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Partial Refunds: Please note that under specific circumstances, only partial refunds will be granted, including for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened items such as CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is posted.

Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund.

Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without appropriate tracking.
